We are looking for Administration Assistants who want to play a crucial part in improving peoples’ lives. We work at pace but as One Team.

THE ROLE

The key function of the role is to deliver an efficient and effective support service to our Private Client Administrators who in turn support our Financial Advisers.

You will work closely alongside our experienced administrators to provide administrative support to the team. This will involve processing business with both new and existing clients and preparing new business packs. You will also be tasked with scanning new business packs on to our back office system.

You will ensure that all work is accurate, produced within agreed timelines and in line with internal and external business quality standards.

This role will appeal to those who are looking to start their careers in financial services as we provide full training and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To support administrators and other colleagues with general administration tasks, adhering to internal service standards
  • Sending letters of Authority, liaising with providers for information and completing compliance checks for incoming business
  • Supporting the Administration team in the completion of valuations in preparation for Client meetings
  • Processing incoming queries from client, or relating to a client, ensuring that all appropriate action is taken in accordance with instructions received

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent essential
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to instil confidence
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to the role and management of your individual workload
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail
