The Role

This role will appeal to a professional who has experience providing administrative support to successful financial advisers. We will provide full training and support to ensure you are equipped with the skills to succeed.

The role will involve providing full end to end administrative support to our financial advisers. You will process business from both new and existing clients and support your advisers with any adhoc queries whilst managing expectations and working to tight deadlines.

You will ensure that all work is accurate, produced within agreed timelines and in line with internal and external business quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial advisers with full administrative support
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries from advisers and clients
  • Preparing client meeting packs
  • Recording and updating our back office systems
  • Maintaining client files
  • Conducting anti money laundering checks when necessary
  • Responding and communicating with Product Providers – both written and verbal
  • Processing new and existing business
  • Updating advisers on the progress of new business cases

Experience & Skills

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity within financial services
  • Worked within defined service standards, policies and procedures
  • Confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Background in financial services
