Assistant Administrator

The Role

This role will appeal to those who are looking to start their careers in financial services as we provide full training and support.

You will work closely alongside our team of experienced administrators to provide administrative support. This will involve sorting high volumes of mail, processing business with both new and existing client and preparing new business packs. You will also be tasked with scanning new business packs on to our back office system.

You will ensure that all work is accurate, produced within agreed timelines and in line with internal and external business quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our client support team with administrative tasks
  • Preparing client meeting packs
  • Sorting and distributing high volumes of mail
  • Recording and updating the back office systems
  • New business processing (Online/Post)
  • Loading relevant data on to CRM database
  • Providing cover for our busy reception area

Experience and Skills

  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity and it would be beneficial, but not essential, if you have financial services experience
  • Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures
  • Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
