The Role

The key purpose of this role is to provide BA support across the Advice, Central Services and Operations side of our business and improve our information systems and data management processes to enhance the user experience.


  • Use Business Analysis techniques and methodologies to understand and document requirements
  • Use formal project and change management techniques to implement system upgrades and implementations
  • Improve processes by proactively reviewing and recommending changes to drive efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Regularly meet with business representatives to understand and evaluate the use of Information Technology across Chase de Vere
  • Work closely with senior management, project sponsors and the Project Co-ordinator to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Experience

  • Have previous experience working within the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of Prince 2 Methodologies and the Full Project Life cycle
  • Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing
  • Have Knowledge of Intelligent office. This would be advantageous but not essential
