Corporate Administrator

The Role

The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our corporate advisers and be a point of contact for our corporate clients. This will involve processing business with both new and existing clients, managing expectations and working to tight deadlines.


• Providing administrative support to our corporate consultants
• Producing all relevant client paperwork on behalf of the Adviser, including quotations and announcement packs
• Processing all new business documentation
• Maintaining, monitoring and overseeing the smooth running of our corporate accounts
• Reviewing exception reports and ensuring corrective actions are taken on a monthly basis
• Identifying scheme renewals and ensuring provider information is received prior to renewal date
• Ensuring that premiums have been paid within one month of renewal
• Processing new joiners to pension schemes

Skills & Experience

• Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity, ideally within financial services
• Be confident using the full Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Be working toward your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
