Corporate Administrator

The Role

The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our corporate advisers and be a point of contact for our corporate clients.   This will involve processing business with both new and existing clients, managing expectations and working to tight deadlines.


  • Provide administrative support to our corporate consultants
  • Produce all relevant client paperwork on behalf of the Adviser, including quotations and announcement packs
  • Process all new business documentation
  • Maintain, monitor and oversee the smooth running of our corporate accounts
  • Ensure exception reports are reviewed and appropriate corrective actions are taken on a monthly basis
  • Identify scheme renewals and ensure provider information is received prior to renewal date
  • Ensure that premiums have been paid within one month of renewal and follow up accordingly
  • Process new joiners to pension schemes

Required Experience

  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity, ideally within financial services
  • Be confident using the full Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Be working toward your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
