The Role

This role will appeal to those who are looking to utilise their administration experience and begin developing their leadership skills.

The role will involve working closely with the regional manager and deputising when they are visiting our offices across the region. Your strong administrative ability will continue to be utilised to ensure our advisers are provided with exceptional levels of support at all times and you will delegate tasks amongst your team to alleviate any pressures that may arise due to sickness or annual leave

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to advisers
  • Deputising for the regional operations manager
  • Contributing to the planning and provision of refresher sessions, team training and development
  • Responding to day to day technical and process queries from the administration team, advisers and clients
  • Escalating complex queries to the Regional Operations Manager to ensure effective resolution
  • Conducting regular departmental audits, including monthly file reviews, to identify and minimise errors
  • Delegating team tasks to ensure advisers have the appropriate level of administrative support at all times

Experience and Skills

  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity within financial services
  • Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures
  • Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
