Senior Financial Administrator

The Role

The key purpose of this role is to work with a team of administrators to provide our financial advisers with excellent administrative support.

You will provide full end to end administrative support to our financial advisers. This will involve processing business with both new and existing clients, managing expectations and working to tight deadlines.

Although the role has no line management responsibility you will be required to deputise for the Regional Operations Manager from time to time, provide support to the team and act as the first line of escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical and process queries from advisers, administrators and clients
  • Handle Pre-Sale (Servicing) and Post-Sale (Processing) administrative tasks
  • Deliver an efficient support service to advisers whilst providing an excellent service to our clients and providers
  • Assist in training and upskilling new and existing members of the team
  • Support the Regional Operations Manager to collate MI reports on a regular basis
  • Conduct regular audits to identify any areas where improvement or remedial work is required
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative capacity, ideally within financial services
  • Experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures
  • Confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
