    To provide an efficient support service to the Manchester Client Support Teams in order to contribute to the smooth running of the office and to support the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients.

    To provide an office services facility to the office, which includes reception duties and to support the Private Client, Corporate, administration and central services teams within the office.

    This will include providing a professional and efficient reception service when the office receptionist is not available for both internal and external clients in order to promote the best possible image of Chase de Vere.

  • Job Context:

    The key customers of the jobholder are the advisers, their clients and the administration team.

    To offer the most efficient and effective service possible, and to deliver excellent client service, while adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal Chase de Vere procedures.

    The job holder needs to be an excellent team member with a flexible approach to work to suit business needs and changing priorities
