Chase de Vere shortlisted at Personal Injury Awards 2024

10 October 2024
  • Share

We’re really pleased to announce that Chase de Vere has been shortlisted in the Personal Injury Trust Provider of the Year category at the Personal Injury Awards 2024.

This is the second successive year in which we’ve been shortlisted in this category, which is evidence of the exceptional service that we provide for our personal injury clients.

Our Personal Injury & Court of Protection (PICOP) team provides advice to clients who have typically suffered life-changing injuries, and they establish a large number of Personal Injury Trusts (PITs) each year. These are special types of trust arrangement for proceeds of personal injury compensation payments, where the assets aren’t assessed for means-tested benefits and so can used as originally intended, for the welfare of the person who has suffered the injury.

Our award entry focused on the experience and depth of knowledge of our PICOP team and our Personal Injury Trust Administration team, the services they offer and the support they provide for clients, solicitors and third-party organisations. It also included details of our PICOP Academy, where we develop our next generation of our Advisers, the training that we provide for solicitors, and our contribution to the industry.

The winners will be announced at an awards event in Manchester on Thursday 28 November 2024.
