We’re delighted to announce that Chase de Vere has won the Best Support for Vulnerable Customers award at the Boring Money 2025 Awards.
This award “recognises firms which have excelled in identifying and supporting the needs of vulnerable customers over the last 12 months. The judges looked for firms that have gone the extra mile in thinking about how to understand their vulnerable customers and to improve outcomes for them.”
Our entry explained how we work with and support vulnerable clients, the outstanding work which our PICOP (Personal Injury & Court of Protection) team does in working with extremely vulnerable clients, the training that we’ve put in place to support our advisers including on working with bereaved clients, and our advisers who are taking specialist qualifications, such as the SOLLA accreditation.
It also featured examples of client case studies from Aaron Jassi, Ben Thomas, Rachel Sartin, Alison Wilson and Catriona Smith, where we demonstrated the exceptional service that we provide to vulnerable clients.
