Chase de Vere award successes

15 January 2021

Our people and tailored solutions we provide have been recognised.

Chase de Vere has recently been announced as one of thewealthnet’s Top Financial Planning Companies 2020. Thewealthnet is a long-established industry publication and the selected companies are derived using their market research, which highlights the firms best equipped to provide financial planning advice to their clients. What is particularly pleasing is that we’ve been named as one of their top financial planning firms in each of the past eleven years.

While thewealthnet accolades highlight the consistency of the service and advice we have provided for our clients over many years, we were equally delighted to have been announced, in November, as the winner of the Intelliflo Digital Client Engagement Award 2020.

The Intelliflo award is presented to the financial advice company which has provided the best online and digital service to their clients. Online services have been particularly important during the global pandemic when face-to-face meetings with our clients have been difficult and the postal service cannot be relied upon to be fast and efficient.

We are able to offer our clients meetings by video, full online access to their investment portfolios and secure electronic documentation meaning that any advice or transactions take place without delay. We were very proud to win this award out of more than 2,500 financial advice companies.

We have had other award successes in the past year, included being named as one of the FT Adviser Top 100 Financial Advisers 2020 and four of our female employees won awards at the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2020. These awards celebrate the achievements of women working in financial advice, which is still largely a male-dominated industry.

We were very pleased to win category awards for Financial Adviser of the Year for Scotland & Northern Ireland, Financial Adviser of the Year for the South West, Woman of the Year – In-house Adviser Support and Woman of the Year – Retirement planning.

While we are pleased to win these awards, and they do give some endorsement that we are providing a very good service, our main aim is, and always has been, the satisfaction of our clients.
