In our September newsletter, we announced that Chase de Vere had 10 employees who had been shortlisted as finalists in the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2023.
The awards event took place on Wednesday 1 November 2023, and I’m delighted to announce that Chase de Vere had 4 category winners and 2 colleagues who were highly commended.
The financial advice profession remains male-dominated, despite the high number of exceptional female financial advisers and other professionals in the industry. This is why we’ve been advocates of the Women in Financial Advice Awards since they were launched in 2018. These awards celebrate the success of women working in financial advice.
We are really proud of all of our colleagues who were selected as finalists. This in itself is a fabulous achievement, when you consider that there was such strong competition from across our industry. To then have 6 colleagues who received accolades was incredibly pleasing, especially considering that no other company had more than 2 employees who won an award or were highly commended.
Our award winners on the evening were:
- Elizabeth Hastings, Financial Adviser of the Year – North-East
- Rachel Sartin, Woman of the Year – ESG Advice
- Jennifer Stone, Woman of the Year – Vulnerable Client Care
- Rajveet Kang, Woman of the Year – Paraplanning
And our highly commended colleagues were:
- Jay Dhaliwal, Financial Adviser of the Year – Midlands and East Anglia
- Catriona Smith, Financial Adviser of the Year – Scotland & Northern Ireland
Well done again to all of our finalists. We do believe that this independent recognition at such prestigious industry awards is a real endorsement of the calibre of employees we have at Chase de Vere, both male and female, who are all focused on providing the best advice and service for our clients.
